## What Sponsoro does

Brands and creators launch "Capsules" — time-bound, scannable challenges that fans complete at real-world venues and events. Every action is verified, rewarded with XP, and tracked end-to-end. Sponsoro connects digital engagement with real-world experiences through merchandise, locations, and live participation.

## The three-layer system

1. **Capsules** — Programmable, scannable units of value. Operators launch them; creators distribute them; brands sponsor them.
2. **Nodes** — Fixed physical sites (carts, kiosks, counters) where Capsules are redeemed in person. Each Node generates scan telemetry, redemption rates, and repeat-visit data.
3. **Sponsoro OS** — The infrastructure layer that connects Capsules to Nodes, tracks participant identity across activations, and gives operators and creators a single control plane — analytics, rewards, and trust.
